My earliest oil and acrylic pieces, from when I first began to paint.

Oil, acrylic, graphite, and ink on canvas. Gouache and watercolor on paper.

My earliest painted images were primarily monochromatic. I used original pencil marks, rescued materials and patterns from the local and social environment as a subtle vernacular to portray the layers and complexities of queer identity.
